How long does shipping take?

Do you offer order tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes free standard shipping is available during selected promotions. If any shipping cost applies, it will appear clearly at checkout before you complete your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. We ship worldwide. Please note that import duties or customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email us at FarahFashionDS@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, if the item is available. If not, we’ll assist you with an alternative or refund.
Are return shipping costs covered?
Return shipping is handled by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure options available at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us within 24 hours at FarahFashionDS@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes.
I entered the wrong address what can I do?
Reach out immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update the address. Once shipped, we can no longer modify delivery details.

Are your products true to size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. For the best fit, review it carefully before ordering.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some pieces may return others remain limited. You can subscribe to our newsletter for updates on future drops.
